Meet the Doctor

Born in upstate NY, Dr. Jeff Appelbaum completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Binghamton University before he and his wife moved south to Georgia. After graduating from Life College of Chiropractic in the spring of 1997, with a specialty in Activator Methods, they purchased Summerville Chiropractic and moved to the Trion area. They have raised their family here, and Mrs. Appelbaum teaches at Chattooga High School.

Dr. Appelbaum celebrated his 28th year in practice in 2025. He maintains his Advanced Certification in Activator Methods and provides patients with detailed explanations of their situations and how gentle and specific Activator adjustments will benefit them.
